Not much going on here except that the little building underneath houses a relay for the CTBT sensor. Its a device that detect nuclear detonations and violators of the nuclear test ban treaty. The system kind of reminds me of the Doomsday device in Dr. Strangelove. Its like my all time favorite movie.
